#  2020: The year of COVID-19

With the onset of the pandemic, PROXAUT faced the situation by immediately adopting procedures to counter the spread of the virus, investing in the supply of personal protective equipment and enabling work from home in record time. The possibility of remote working has been well known at PROXAUT for some time, indeed, switching to smart-working mode for certain company functions was not complex but almost immediate.

In such a chaotic context, Proxaut proved to be a reliable and pragmatic company that was able to react immediately in compliance with its prior commitments.

The pandemic did not stop the company's growth, quite the opposite, in fact, despite the great difficulties at local and institutional level at the time, PROXAUT hired staff who filled new roles and strengthen some existing company functions, thus contributing to the growth of internal skills.
