The AGV has been specifically designed to be integrated into a food processing line to transport trays and molds of various sizes, remaining in a predefined range.

This shuttle vehicle has been manufactured both in paint and in AISI 404 stainless steel depending on the final use. It’s ideal for picking up, transporting and positioning trays in stacks of 25 pieces each, with a maximum stack height of 1260 mm.

The autonomous shuttle has been specifically designed to move underneath the loading unit (UDC) and, once the lifting platform has been raised by over 800 mm, to transfer the load. The bar-type lifting system has been designed to ensure load stability during transport and is equipped with profile control photocells that monitor the position of the loading unit.
