After Sales Service Specialist

Responsibilities

In the role of After Sales Service Specialist the resource will be responsible for:

  • offer technical support to the customers remotely and at the customer's premises if necessary;
  • performing analysis and diagnostics of technical issues on products;
  • issuing technical reports on the analyses carried out;
  • drawing up quotations and orders;
  • collaborating in machine maintenance campaigns;
  • giving technical assistance, together with the manager, the technicians in charge of interventions at the customers' premises;

Requirements

Applications with the following requirements will be considered:

  • at least 2 years' experience in the role;
  • metal mechanical sector of origin;
  • mechanical and electrical skills;
  • computer skills;
  • technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering;
  • knowledge of the English language: intermediate level
  • intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel and Power Point.
  • willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally abroad;

The profile is completed by:

  • preferably from the industrial automation sector;
  • problem solving;
  • flexibility, smart approach
  • resistance to stress;
  • strong orientation towards customer satisfaction

Candidates who possess the required experience and required expertise will be offered a permanent job, a Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) with a salary in line with the skills and the matured experience.
