Commercial technician/ pre-sales engineer

Objectives of the role:

  • project data collection and analysis, supporting the customer in defining the appropriate solution for their needs and resources;
  • study and development of the plant solution to be proposed;
  • development of a preliminary lay-out to assist the sale;
  • drafting of the economic proposal; 
  • participation in commercial and technical meetings, both for original equipment and after-sales, in Italy and abroad.
  • the candidate interacts with all company areas (technical office, service, production, etc.).

Candidate requirements:

  • Candidates should come from the automation sector, preferably in the AGV or end-of-line sector.
  • At least four years' previous experience in the role 
  • Technical training (mechanical/electronic/mechatronic)
  • Advanced knowledge of Autocad 2D and preferably 3D
  • Knowledge and advanced use of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel
  • Mastery of the English language (level B2); knowledge of a second language is preferable 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • OProblem solving orientation and aptitude to collaborate with all company functions.
