Castelfranco Emilia, 6 July 2026 **PROXAUT is officially part of MIDERA Food Processing, Inc.** **Middleby Food Processing completes spin-off and begins trading under the MFP ticker** Castelfranco Emilia, 6 July 2026 - PROXAUT is pleased to announce that The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ: MIDD) has today completed the previously announced spin-off of its Food Processing division, which will now operate as Midera Food Processing, Inc. ("Midera"). As a result of the transaction, PROXAUT S.r.l. is now part of Midera Food Processing, Inc. Regular-way trading in Midera common stock on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol "MFP" will begin at market open on 7 July 2026. PROXAUT joined the Middleby Food Processing group on 29 June 2022.
