La feria EATS (antes Process Expo) es la única exposición norteamericana que representa a toda la industria de producción de alimentos y bebidas. Reúne al mayor número de profesionales que, durante tres días, presentan las últimas tendencias tecnológicas para el procesamiento de carne, proteínas alimentarias y vegetales, bebidas, productos de panadería y alimentos listos para el consumo.
