HIRING WAREHOUSE OPERATOR

Proxaut is an innovative company that designs and manufactures automated guided vehicles (AGV/LGV)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Warehouse Operator.

Main responsibilities:

• Receiving, checking and sorting materials.
• Recording incoming delivery notes.
• Preparing the documentation required for outgoing materials.
• Packing and shipping spare parts and machinery.
• Collecting and delivering materials.
• Coordinating with Purchasing, Administration and Production to optimize workflows.
• Inventory management.
• Keeping storage areas and shared warehouse areas tidy and clean.
• Administrative management of the warehouse and operational back office (stock management, delivery notes, dispatch procedures and liaison with the company’s management systems).
• Occasional contact with customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience using management software.
• Previous experience with Modula vertical storage systems.
• Knowledge of and ability to read technical drawings is preferred but not essential.
• Valid forklift operator license and previous experience operating forklifts.
• Problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
