Due to company growth and business development, we are looking for a Project Manager with the following profile.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• managing the technical and logistical aspects of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with planned timelines and contractual requirements;
  • ensuring appropriate quality and safety standards;
  • organizing internal meetings with the project team and external meetings with client companies, in order to ensure proper project management and prevent potential critical issues;
  • scheduling and planning project activities, ensuring that the agreed objectives are achieved;
  • liaising with end customers regarding the specific requirements of each project;
  • collaborating with other company departments, including Purchasing, Administration, Design, Preliminary Engineering, and related functions;
  • coordinating the project team;
  • managing project budgets;
  • coordinating activities throughout all project phases and monitoring their progress;
  • preparing and presenting reports on project progress, issues, and proposed solutions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• at least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • previous experience in the metalworking, industrial automation, or industrial machinery sector;
  • a degree in Engineering or a technical diploma;
  • intermediate to advanced knowledge of the English language;
  • intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional Preferred Qualifications and Skills

The following will be considered an advantage:

• knowledge of a second foreign language;
  • knowledge of Project Management tools;
  • mechanical and electrical technical skills;
  • strong problem-solving abilities;
  • aptitude for teamwork and collaboration;
  • a strong sense of responsibility;
  • flexibility and a smart, practical approach;
  • ability to work under pressure;
  • proactivity, initiative, and results orientation;
  • willingness to undertake occasional business trips.

Castelfranco Emilia (MO), Italy

Contract type: Candidates who meet the required experience and qualifications will be offered a permanent contract under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the metalworking sector, with an annual gross salary starting at €40,000, commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
