Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our company.

The resource, responding directly to the Management, will manage the production of automatic industrial forklifts (AGVs).

Specifically, he/she will be responsible for:

• Optimize production management in terms of service, cost and quality
• Ensure compliance with the production plan prepared during the kick-off phase of the project
• Manage machine construction and assembly operations
• Ensure careful and effective personnel management of production and warehouse departments (definition of workloads, forecast and monitoring of necessary resources, holiday planning and permits)
• Daily coordination with production department representatives
• Interface with mechanical and electrical engineering design teams
• Material supply monitoring and supplier punctuality
• Order cost analysis and process time management
• Progress and delivery of orders
• Organization of machine transport at the plant installation site
• Registration and management of non-conformity and corrective actions
• Management of production delay anomalies, in collaboration with purchasing office
• Implementation of warehouse and purchasing procedures
• Final report to the Management

The following is requested:

• Diploma/Graduate in technical sciences
• Coming from the industrial automation sector
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical design
• Knowledge of IT tools for production planning and progress
• At least 3 years of experience in the job
• Interpersonal skills and team management skills
• Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level required)

Employment contract

• Full-time contract, indefinite time
• Salary commensurate with the candidate's experience
