Training objectives

The internship offers the opportunity to put personal motivation to the test and gain experience with organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving dynamics in the workplace.

Our training objectives include:

• daily use of the English language;
• interaction with European and international contexts;
• relations with customers and external suppliers;
• organizational autonomy

Responsibilities

• Support the front office in managing the switchboard.
• Commercial back-office activities.
• Research and booking of transport and accommodation.
• Support for travelling technicians (pre- and post-trip assistance).
• Management of visas, permits and travel documents.
• Administrative management of travel and any reimbursements or cancellations.
• Support the Marketing and Communication representative in managing our channels and promoting trade fairs.

Requirements

• Status: student enrolled at an Italian university with a regular curricular internship included in their study plan. Profiles from language or humanities programs will be positively evaluated.
• Languages: excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
• Soft skills: good organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, open-mindedness and flexibility;
• Previous experience is appreciated but not essential. We welcome junior profiles with no prior experience, provided they demonstrate proactivity and willingness to get involved.

What we offer

• Weekly commitment: 35 hours per week, with maximum flexibility to agree on the schedule based on study workload, university credits and exam sessions.
