An incredible event! PROXAUT returned to IBA in 2025 from Sunday 18 to Thursday 22 May in Düsseldorf (Germany)!

The ultimate trade fair for international professionals in the baking and pastry industry was back, and it was bigger and better than ever. Exhibitors and visitors from all corners of the globe flocked to Düsseldorf to exchange ideas, showcase their products and discover the latest industry innovations. And that's not all! The Iba team worked hard to organize some truly amazing events that are going to make this event the most memorable one.

Iba is the unique event that has been the ideal international platform since 1949, where the most successful companies meet. This is the place where artisan bakeries and larger bakery industries gather.

Proxaut was in Hall 9 at Middleby stand D31 with a fantastic new AGV vehicle, the automated guided SLIM pallet truck. This amazing forklift was ready and fully equipped with special forks for lifting and moving Escher stainless steel bowls. 

In a dedicated area, PROXAUT's self-driving vehicle simulated a loading and unloading process of a MW120 bowl coming from a mixer by Escher, another Middleby brand that is part of the Middleby Bakery world since 2022.
