For Interpack 2026, Colussi Ermes and Proxaut are presenting a highly advanced technological solution: an innovative mould washing and drying system designed to optimise production processes in the chocolate industry, combined with a forklifter AGV system for automated handling — Proxaut’s automatic guided vehicle, the SLIM.

Teamwork and continuous collaboration have enabled Proxaut and Colussi Ermes to create a simulation in which mould trolleys are transferred by Proxaut’s AGV to and from the washing system built by Colussi Ermes. The combination of Colussi Ermes’ expertise in industrial washing and Proxaut’s experience in AGV automation has resulted in a complete, reliable and innovative solution, designed to meet the needs of the modern food industry.
