PACK EXPO 2026: PROXAUT innovation you may not see, but that changes the way vehicles navigate

Keeping pace with innovation also means anticipating the future: adopting new technologies, fine-tuning them, and making them available to meet the needs of modern industry more effectively. This vision is at the heart of the evolution of PROXAUT navigation systems.

At PACK EXPO 2026, a key international event for the packaging industry, PROXAUT will be present in Chicago, at McCormick Place, together with the Midera Food Processing Inc. team.

We look forward to welcoming you at Level 3 of the South Building, booth S-2546, where you will be able to discover the latest developments in autonomous navigation and intelligent mapping for industrial environments.

During the show, Federico Campi will be available to present the new mapping technology based on LiDAR sensors, already available for new PROXAUT AGVs and also applicable to existing fleets.

Thanks to LiDAR sensors, an AGV can continuously map the surrounding environment in real time. The information collected is integrated with fixed maps of the facility, including walls, columns, doors, and other structural references. This allows the vehicle to move safely and adapt its route according to the operating conditions detected during navigation.
