südback 2026 PROXAUT: AGV live demonstration

From 24 to 27 October 2026, PROXAUT will be exhibiting at südback 2026, one of the leading international trade fairs for the bakery and confectionery industries, in Stuttgart, Germany.

At this major international event, visitors will have two opportunities to meet PROXAUT:

• at the Midera Food Processing stand – Hall 7, Stand 7D52
• at the PROXAUT AGV live demonstration – Hall 7, Stand 7E11

During südback 2026, PROXAUT will showcase an AGV solution engineered to handle metal racks carrying tubs, baking pans and trays throughout industrial bakery production processes.

The AGV transports the racks into industrial ovens and communicates directly with the automatic door-opening system. At precisely the right moment, the oven door opens, the AGV places the rack inside and the system closes the door automatically, ensuring a continuous, efficient and safe workflow.

This seamless integration minimizes oven door opening times, reduces heat loss and helps improve the overall efficiency of the production process.
