PROXAUT’s LIFTER series AGVs with front forks are the most iconic vehicles because they most closely resemble standard operator-driven forklifts.

These lifters are equipped with forks, the essential elements to allow lifting operations which are suitable for handling and unloading goods.

Front forks are positioned directly in front of the vehicle and are fixed to the mast. They are used in most lifting operations and, for this reason, their length can vary. The most traditional length is 1200 mm (standard), but forks can reach up to 1900 mm for special loads. Based on the customer’s needs and application type, shorter or longer; special shaped forks can be also supplied.

Front forks can be:

• Single fork (Mono fork AGV): one fork for transporting crates, carts, platforms, etc.

• Double forks: AGV with a pair of forks

• Multiple forks: AGV with up to 3 pairs of front forks

Single-fork AGV: This is a loading solution with a single support surface, whose width can vary depending on the type of UDC. It is ideal for loading crates, wheeled carts, platforms, tanks, etc., and is also available in AISI 304 stainless steel for fresh food handling.

AGV with double forks: This represents the most classic and traditional fork system for picking up goods and transferring them within warehouses and production areas.
It is ideal for loading pallets, crates, wheeled carts, platforms, tanks, etc., and is also available in AISI 304 stainless steel for fresh food handling.

AGV with multiple forks (up to a maximum of 6): This is an ideal solution for handling multiple pallets at the same time (up to 3 simultaneously), saving time and cost.
It is ideal for loading pallets, crates, and other packaged goods.
