The new Chief Technology Officer Gabriele Macchi, a figure already working in Proxaut's R&D Department, was presented on 2021, 3 May.

Over the years Mr. Macchi has given a great and recognized contribution to let Proxaut getting the technical level where it is today. Thanks to the skills acquired in the field of research and development, Macchi will be a promoter of technological innovation and a supporter of new working policies, introducing and developing the concept of a team working with the Agile Methodology. This innovative and undoubtedly high-impact method will be one of the cornerstones of the evolutionary process in the implementation of new projects; a step-by-step development is guaranteed to enable the continuous testing and adjustment necessary to get to the final task. Detailed analysis of the customer's requirements, careful evaluation of the technical solutions to be presented to the customer punctual delivery of the project, engineering and rationalisation of the product will be some of the objectives that he will have to achieve and which will make the team of technicians he leads, a winning team! He is already involved in several projects at the forefront, so we can only give him our full support and a warm and affectionate "keep going" with the hope that the critical time we are experiencing will come to an end as soon as possible!
