The ultimate trade fair for international professionals in the baking and pastry industry is back, and it's bigger and better than ever. Exhibitors and visitors from all corners of the globe will flock to Düsseldorf to exchange ideas, showcase their products and discover the latest industry innovations. And that's not all! The Iba team has been working hard to organize some truly amazing events that are going to make this year's event the most memorable one.

We are thrilled to announce that Proxaut will be present in Hall 9 at Middleby stand D31 with a fantastic new AGV vehicle, the automated guided SLIM pallet truck. This amazing forklift is already equipped for lifting and moving Escher stainless steel bowls. Come and discover the advantages of our new laser-guided vehicle, which is perfectly suited to loads up to 1,000 kg.

In a dedicated area, PROXAUT's self-driving vehicle will simulate a loading and unloading process of a MW120 bowl coming from a mixer by Escher, another Middleby brand that is part of the Middleby Bakery world since 2022.

IFFA 2025 is the perfect stage for PROXAUT to show the newest stainless-steel shuttle (max. load capacity of 1900 kg - 4190 lbs). This cutting-edge shuttle is truly one of a kind as it is completely resistant to the cleaning and sanitising process, being the ideal solution for your needs in protein processing.

The use of detergents and jets of hot and cold water to clean chassis, plates and carters is absolutely necessary in the food industry, and therefore the inertial-guided shuttle has a IP67 protection of all electrical devices. Thanks to a design that prevents the penetration of liquids, PROXAUT guarantees the protection of the vehicle even under the vehicle.

Proxaut will be in Hall 8.0 at Middleby stand E10 with also a smart new vehicle: the SLIM automated laser guided pallet truck! This amazing forklift was presented at MECSPE and LOGIMAT in 2025 and will be moving at the IBA 2025 exhibition from 18 to 22 May in Düsseldorf.
