PROXAUT’s SHUTTLE series AGVs are composed of shuttles (or mobile platforms).
They are the least iconic AGVs because they are completely different from traditional operator-driven forklift trucks.
Proxaut’s mobile autonomous shuttles—meaning without a forklift operator—vary in terms of load capacity in kg.

These special AGVs have a net load capacity ranging from a minimum of 500 kg to a maximum of approximately 9,000 kg and beyond.
In the aerospace sector, where we have prestigious references, we have supplied special shuttles for transporting aircraft components weighing over 170 tonnes (170,000 kg).

The type of load unit to be handled is an advantage for Proxaut, as shuttles (also known in industry jargon as "flatbeds" or "turtles") can transport and lift any type of goods.

The most suitable navigation systems for this type of vehicle include magnetic and wire guidance, although laser guidance can also be used—depending entirely on the final application.

SHUTTLE series vehicles are powered by next-generation lithium batteries to ensure high performance and long-lasting charge retention.
A battery management software, also available on the Cloud, allows for real-time monitoring and maintenance scheduling.

The SHUTTLE family includes AGVs primarily designed for the food industry.

These are stainless steel mobile platform vehicles, equipped with an inertial guidance system (magnet-based), capable of transporting goods from point A to point B inside food production departments as well as storage and warehouse areas.

Depending on the final application, the AGV shuttle can be built using painted sheet metal or food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel.
One of the most common applications in food processing is in the meat processing industry.
These automatic guided vehicles can easily operate inside freezers and/or cold storage rooms at temperatures below zero, down to -20°C, as well as in curing and smoking areas.

These forkless SH series AGVs can operate in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Where refrigeration is needed to transport frozen and/or chilled food products, they are capable of maintaining the cold chain, thus safeguarding the quality of the transported food.

Autonomous guided vehicles like Proxaut’s forkless AGVs are used to transfer goods on pallets, crates, platforms, tanks, etc., and can be painted in Proxaut’s iconic red or built using food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel to operate within food production departments.
