This autonomous guided shuttle is a vehicle motorized by a drive unit whose operation is mainly automatic, but it is also set up for manual operation managed by the operator using an external push-button panel connected to the vehicle.

The vehicle has been designed and built to transport tubs made of stainless steel containing bakery dough to be moved inside and outside the fermentation chambers.

The AGV vehicle is controlled by a management program via a radio-frequency communication system and can move automatically through an induction wire-guided system.

The AGV is able to know exactly the deposit and pick-up times controlled by the customer's management system and therefore to transport only the necessary tubs; there can be no errors and/or exchanges of goods.
The AGV can determine, with the integrated weighing system, whether the quantity of dough product inside the tub is compliant.
The AGV made of AISI 304 stainless steel is washable, sanitizable and resistant to detergents and water jets, making it ideal for operating within the production process in HCCP environments (Hazard analysis and critical control points).
